In 2000 when Mykonos was still an easy-going island and in the process of becoming one of today’s hottest summer destinations in the world, a new spot came to light, rocked the vibes and remains the most enduring value in the island’s nightlife scene. Interni Restaurant & Bar is the creation of Nikos Varveris, a leader in the design sector in Greece and a true, passionate Mykonos lover who’s vision of hospitality, gastronomy and simple luxury came to express what philoxenia is all about.
Originally designed by renowned designer Paola Navone this open air spot nestled in a garden in Matoyiannia is the essence of Mykonian chic with its exceptional atmosphere, unrivalled service, exquisite menu and drinks. It is right to say that here, guests feel more like they are in a party as the younger Varveris generation, brothers Alex and Philip, are now in charge and being travellers themselves and culinary lovers, they were also keen on embracing the value of hospitality -along with a team of remarkable people.
