For 25 years, Interni Restaurant Mykonos has been a defining force in the island’s contemporary lifestyle, blending bold design with a vibrant culinary identity. From the moment it opened, Interni carried the unmistakable creative imprint of its founder, Nikos Varveris, who envisioned a space where aesthetic innovation and gastronomy could coexist as one.
That vision took form through his collaboration with designer Paola Navone, who helped transform a charming garden in Matoyiannia, Mykonos Town, into a modern open-air sanctuary that has since become an iconic Mykonian landmark.
Today, the story of Interni continues through the next generation, as Alex and Philip carry forward this legacy with renewed energy and deep respect for the restaurant’s creative roots.

This anniversary year, Interni’s creative universe expanded even further: the staff uniforms were designed by Greek designer Angelos Bratis, translating his signature fluid silhouettes and refined draping into a modern, understated look that complements the restaurant’s design-driven spirit, while the restaurant’s full range of visuals—catalogues, menus, coasters, placemats, matchboxes, cards, and more—were created by George Greaves, a London-based artist.
